HANDMADE SIGNS

Each of our signs have been hand crafted for your home. These signs have been sealed for outdoor use (We do recommend displaying in a covered door/porch. Direct exposure to moisture and sunlight may cause your sign to age more quickly.). Due to the uniqueness of each piece of wood, we cannot guarantee a product without knots or natural characteristics. We try our best to select the best pieces of wood for our inventory, but please be mindful that each sign will be unique from one another.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We only accept custom orders of up to 24" in size due to shipping costs. If you are local to the Delphos, OH area, we can arrange a delivery. We have the right to turn down custom order requests if we do not have the capability to complete the order. 

Once we receive a custom order, here is what will happen:

1. We will ask any needed questions and get all the needed information.

2. An approval form will be emailed back to the email listed on the form below with a estimated price and mockup.

3. You, the customer, will then need to verify that everything on the mockup (color, spelling, etc.) is correct before approving the order. We create the product exactly as shown on the approval form, if the order is created with an approved mistake, we do not offer a replacement or refund.

4. After approval, we will add the product as a listing to the website in which then you can purchase from.

5. After the product has been purchased, order production will began. Lead time depends on the complexity of the project. Average time from start of production is 1 - 2 weeks. We have the right to change this at any time depending on capacity.

ANY PROOFS NOT APPROVED WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL CAUSE AN ORDER TO BE PUT ON HOLD AND WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD. Email will come from mdhomeaccentsjc@gmail.com.
